Jim opened the doors to World Class Heath & Fitness June 1st, 2006
as a benefit to the employees of World Class Wire & Cable, Inc. where
he is also President and Founder. It is a long time dream to be able to
do this and the dream has now spread to offering Corporate Wellness to
surrounding businesses as well as extending memberships to individuals
in the area. Jim prides himself on caring for the health and wellness
of his members and being able to help those seeking their fitness goals
to meet them. Many days you may find yourself working out right next to
Jim! As a longtime workout enthusiast, Jim listens to the needs and wants
of all members. |

Robin has over 15 years experience of leadership in the Health Club industry
along with a stellar reputation as a community volunteer and JV Baseball
Coach. She was born and raised in Michigan, but Milwaukee makes her happy!
She graduated from the University of Phoenix in Management, she is a certified
Fitness Specialist, Trainer of Trainers, Youth Sports Director, plus many
other certifications. Robin is a mother of two sons and a volunteer for
Hospice, American Diabetes Association, Village of Sussex and the Chamber
of Commerce. She is an advocate for Get Moving America! Her hobbies are
golf, gardening and travel. |

Rob's specialties include work site health promotion programs, weight/fat
loss, nutrition counseling, low back pain prevention and management, wellness
counseling and sports performance enhancement. |

Allison received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology – Pre Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee. During her time at UW-M she competed as a heptathlete/jumper for the UW-Milwaukee Track and Field team. She is currently the jumps coach for the Men’s track team at Arrowhead High School. Allison is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). |

John has worked in the fitness industry
for over 10 years as a National Strength and Conditioning Association
(NSCA) certified personal trainer, exercise physiologist and health educator.
He also has over 5 years experience in fitness equipment manufacturing,
sales and service. John attended Northern Michigan University where he
studied Exercise Science and received his B.S. in Kinesiology from UW-Milwaukee.
While attending NMU, John played running back for the football team earning
All-Conference and Honorable Mention All-American in his final year. John
went on to play a couple of years of semi-pro football before an injury
ended his playing days. He now competes as an amateur lightweight Strongman
and also trains other Strongmen/women. John also served in the U.S. Army
Special Operations Command as an Airborne Ranger. |

Mary Beth has over 15 years of teaching experience in the fitness industry.
she has certifications in Personal Training from the YMCA, certifications
from Reebok® in step and Flexible Strength (power yoga), as well as
several years of training in kickboxing, boot camp, and core strength.
Mary Beth has also been a presenter for Corporate Coaching and the Boys
& Girls Club. |

Dana has been involved in kickboxing for over three years. She first joined a kickboxing class at a friend's suggestion, and has never stopped. She describes it as a great, total body workout and terrific stress reliever. Dana also has great interest in general fitness, and enjoys running and biking. She participated in her first 5K races in 2006, and her goal is to become more involved in 5K's, trail races, and adventure races. In her free time, she also enjoys taking her two dogs to Lapham Peak and other Kettle Moraine trails. |

Wendy comes to World Class Fitness with over 20 years of teaching group
fitness experience. She is AFAA certified including CPR and First Aid
certified. She also holds certifications to teach yoga and Pilates mat.
She teaches multiple formats including kickboxing, step, floor aerobics,
and weightlifting. Within the past year, she has also done personal training. |
